Radishes are one of the easiest things to grow for the novice, and this colourful variety will provide much fun and excitement as well as having a great taste. Like most radishes, they can be sown anytime between late March and early August outdoors, or sow a late greenhouse crop in September.

Sowing & Growing
Sow March to September, thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm deep with 15-30cm between the rows. During hot weather water the base of the seed drills first before sowing seeds and covering with dry soil. Radish plants do not require transplanting and if sown carefully, thinning is not necessary. Sow a few seeds in any spare areas for a quick crop. Maturity is expected 4 weeks after sowing.
