Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery
We use a courier service for all orders within Mainland UK. Standard Delivery usually takes 2 – 5 working days, although we endeavour to deliver earlier than this where possible. Please see below for more information.

Delivery Costs and Times
Orders must be received by 2pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 2pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

BFPO Addresses – We are not able to deliver to BFPO addresses

Country Exclusions – Please note, due to strict regulations we only ship to UK addresses.

Scottish Highlands & Islands Postcodes – IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

What to Expect When You Place an Order
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive another email when your order has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. 

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If goods are to be returned, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back into our warehouse. Contact us if you would like to return your goods back to us and we will help you to do this.

If there is a problem with your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us using the information on our contact page. We are unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us and we will issue either a resend of the order, or a full refund, whichever is preferable. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
