Sowing & Growing
Sow tomato seeds indoors, under glass, in a greenhouse at a depth of 0.5cm (1/4 in) in pots or trays filled with good seed sowing compost. Lightly cover the seeds with a sprinkling of vermiculite or compost. Keep the containers in a propagator at a temperature of 18–21°C.
Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into 9cm (3 1/2in) pots. Later, move them to the greenhouse border soil, individual large pots, or plant 3 plants per growbag when they reach a height of 20cm (8in). Alternatively, you can plant them outdoors after the last risk of frost has passed. To achieve the best yields, remember to sideshoot the plants and provide support. Water and regularly feed the plants with a high-potash feed once the first truss has set.
Expect to harvest from July to October. Pick the fruits as they ripen, and maintain regular watering. Large trusses of fruit may need additional support.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
