Sowing & Growing
Sow seeds from September to April. For September sowings, plant directly in the flowering site at a depth of 2cm (3.4″). Later sowings should be done in pots with five seeds in each. In October and November, sow in a cold frame. Sow in a heated glasshouse for January. Sow in a cold frame for March. For April, sow directly in the flowering site.
After raising seedlings in the glasshouse, harden them off during March. Plant out pot-grown seedlings in the flowering site with a spacing of 15cm (6″) in April. Thin directly sown seedlings to 10cm (4″) apart. Regularly pick flowers to encourage new growth.
Expect maturity from June to September.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
