While this variety may lack the sweet fragrance of traditional sweet peas, it compensates with an abundance of blooms characterized by their impressive size and vibrant colours, ranging from deep purple-red to pink and white. To showcase the beauty of these blossoms, it’s recommended to offer support such as trellises, wires, tepees, or netting, allowing the plants to climb and gracefully conceal sheds, fences, or walls. Enjoy a prolonged flowering period from June to September, making this hardy perennial an enduring and visually striking addition to your garden. Reach a height of 2.5m (8’3″) and let this plant elevate your outdoor space with its captivating display.

Sowing & Growing
To sow Everlasting Sweet Pea seeds successfully, choose a timeframe between January and March, or opt for the period from September to November. For optimal results, sow the seeds under cover in pots or trays filled with seed sowing compost. Ensure that the seeds are covered to their own depth, maintaining a temperature of 18-20°C (65-70°F) until germination occurs, typically within 7-21 days.
After germination, transplant the seedlings into pots once they are large enough to handle. Harden them off before planting them outdoors when the risk of frost has subsided, spacing them 30cm (12″) apart. If sowing in the autumn, overwinter the plants in a cold frame to be ready for planting in the following spring.
Experience the beauty of Everlasting Sweet Pea flowers from July to September, adding a burst of color and charm to your garden during these months. Follow these guidelines to ensure a successful and vibrant display in your outdoor space.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
