Thyme Lemonade Plant
Thyme, Lemonade is a robust creeping thyme that grows abundantly and cascades beautifully. It’s ideal for hanging baskets and containers, or for planting to spill over walls. Additionally, the scent of its foliage is delightful! It offers a pure, intense, fizzy lemonade aroma. There are certainly numerous excellent culinary uses, making it a fantastic variety to cultivate.
This plant is fairly resilient, but since it is a coastal species, it’s best to protect it from temperatures that exceed those found in inland frost areas. Additionally, it’s important to water it occasionally with sea salt.
Vietnamese Coriander
Vietnamese coriander, also known as Pak Prawe in Thailand. Stronger and more aromatic than traditional coriander, this popular herb is used in Asian cooking for a punch of flavour to dishes such as curries, noodle soups, stir fries and even salads.
Pak Prawe is best added to dishes at the latest stage of cooking for the perfect taste and texture.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
