The Game Keeper Holding Block was developed in response to popular demand, used in strategic locations around an estate or shooting, it helps the essential preservation of released birds, as well as replenishing their well-being.

The method below provides protection from weather and pests. If desired, the product can also be removed from the bucket and used in another feeder.

  • Use the bucket as a feed dispenser.
  • Do not remove the lid.
  • Cut around the inner edge of the plastic base to expose the feed.
  • Let the feed expose on the ground for a short time for birds to become familiar.
  • Hang by the handle just from the ground to peck the birds from below.
  • Recommended height from ground:
  • Pheasant 15-22 inch (35-55cm)
  • Partridge 10-15 inch (30-35cm)
