Sowing Instructions
Sow Jan-March indoors
Start by sowing seeds indoors at a depth of 5mm in moist, well-drained seed compost. Ensure to water the seeds adequately. The optimal temperature for germination is between 15-20°C, and you can expect germination to occur within 7 to 21 days. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into 8cm pots and continue to grow them in cooler conditions. After the risk of frost has passed, acclimatize the plants before planting them outdoors, spacing them 90cm apart.
Growing Guidelines
These plants thrive in light, fertile, and well-drained soil, ideally in full sunlight. They require minimal maintenance.
Cultivation Tips
To prolong the blooming period, regularly deadhead or cut the flowers. In sheltered areas, the plants may survive winter if they are mulched.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
