Sowing & Growing
Indoor sowing is recommended during the autumn through spring seasons. Alternatively, sow directly in the soil after the risk of frost has diminished. Before sowing, immerse the seeds in water for 24 hours and then drain. For indoor cultivation, sow three seeds per 8cm pot, at a depth of 10mm into moist, well-drained soil. Maintain a propagation temperature of 20-25°C, with germination typically occurring between 7-21 days. Once germinated, continue growing the plants in cooler conditions. Acclimate them to their surroundings and transplant outdoors after the threat of frost has passed.
For direct outdoor sowing, place seeds in prepared soil drills at a depth of 25mm, with a spacing of 8cm between each seed.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
