Sowing & Growing
Plant the seeds outdoors in a sparse manner from June to August, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained, and fertile soil that has been adequately watered. Sow them at a depth of 1.5cm. Maintain a spacing of 23cm between rows. Expect seedlings to emerge within 7-14 days. Provide ample water until the plants are firmly established. If overcrowding occurs, thin the plants between August and September. Ensure the soil remains consistently moist, as dry conditions may result in tough roots. Harvest the radishes from September to November. In November, lift the roots and store them in a cool, well-ventilated location.
