The World needs more sweet and juicy elements to it, don’t you think? And when it comes to tomatoes, this Baby Boomer F1 variety most definitely fits the bill. Introduced in 2013, it is a determinate bush variety with a strong vigorous plant suitable for growing in garden beds and also in large containers, 15 litres to 20 litres. Will produce up to 300 sweet and juicy 15g cherry tomatoes per plant, when treated with the right care.

Sowing & Growing
Pot up, and grow tomato plants on in warm frost free conditions until large enough to plant outdoors. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise them to outdoor conditions over a period of 7 to 10 days.
Choose a sheltered position in full sun on fertile, reliably moist, well drained soil, and transplant at a distance of 60cm apart. Alternatively grow tomatoes in patio bags and containers in good quality compost. Drive a 5′ cane into the soil adjacent to each plant to support them as they grow, and tie each main stem to its support with soft garden twine.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
