Presenting pure white blooms arranged in stunning 3″ – 5″ circular clusters, this variety is an enhancement over the traditional Bishop’s Flower or Queen Anne’s Lace, yet maintains the same ease of growing. With sturdier stems, a compact bushy form, and an extended blooming period, Orlaya stands out as an excellent choice for gardens of all sizes. Whether grown in a mass display or interspersed with vibrant flowers, Orlaya is simply striking. Its easy and rapid growth ensures a summer-long display of abundant white flowers, followed by equally attractive green fruit. Not only is it a long-lasting cut flower, but it also attracts pollinators. Expect this versatile plant to reach a height of approximately 45 to 60 cm.

Sowing & Growing
Sow the seeds directly where you want them to bloom once temperatures reach 15 to 20°C. Surface sow, ensuring not to exceed a depth of 1mm (1/8in). Sow sparingly in rows spaced 30cm (12in) apart in well-prepared soil, meticulously raked to a fine tilth. Gently cover the seeds and water the ground regularly, especially during dry spells. Typically, germination will occur within 7 to 21 days at temperatures around 20 to 22°C. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them out, leaving 20 to 30cm of space between them.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
