Sowing & Growing
Plant directly outdoors from March to May or August to October, placing the seeds at a depth of 0.5cm (¼”) into finely prepared, well-drained soil that has been adequately watered. Expect seedlings to emerge within 14-28 days, and once they appear, thin them to 15cm (6″) apart. Ensure thorough watering until the plants are well-established. To maintain a continuous display, consider making sowings every two to three weeks. Creating curved sowings, as opposed to straight lines, can often result in a more visually appealing effect. Late summer and autumn sowings will yield flowers in the following year, often blooming earlier than those from spring sowings. Enjoy the colourful display of flowers from June to October.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
