Sowing & Growing
Sow sparingly, directly into well-prepared soil at a depth of 50mm (2″) within flat drills that are 15cm (6″) wide. Maintain a spacing of 90cm (36″) between rows. Provide support for the plants using twiggy sticks or pea netting. Optimal growth occurs in a sunny location with well-cultivated soil enriched with ample well-rotted manure or compost. Sow seeds from March to April and expect to harvest from May to September. Maintain a spread or spacing of 31-40cm. After planting, care is straightforward. The plants can endure temperatures as low as 0ºC, and they exhibit high resistance to diseases.

I have just bought all my new seeds for next year’s vegetables after having such great results this year. Budget seeds are so helpful, I’m a newbie in the veg growing world and they have been helpful in choosing the best seeds to start with etc. also much cheaper than elsewhere so if I do mess up in the future it isn’t costing me so much. I thoroughly recommend Budget Seeds for all your veg and flower seeds.
