Notably, this blend showcases superior resistance to weeds and diseases, ensuring a consistently healthy and vibrant lawn.

Park Blend excels in several aspects, including its ability to thrive in shaded areas better than 100% Kentucky Bluegrass, as well as its capacity to recover rapidly from damage, surpassing many other grass varieties. Versatile in its application, it suits both commercial and residential purposes, making it an excellent choice for parks, home lawns, and commercial landscapes. Additionally, it boasts good drought resistance and wear tolerance.

This grass blend presents a striking dark green hue and features leaves with a medium to fine texture. Its high density contributes to a luxuriously soft feel underfoot. What’s more, Park Blend adapts well to a range of soil types, from heavy clay to sandy soils. It even demonstrates above-average tolerance to acidic, alkaline, saline, and poorly drained soils.
